In a meeting of Alcoholics Anonymous we share a closeness and familiarity of experience that very few out side of the rooms ever get to experience
I like to think that what we have is the intimacy of strangers; we have the ability to share our experiences, strengths and hopes with out fear of judgment or change. What seems to be going around is some folks are starting to address the group as Hello Family I see this as a general term of endearment; we surely are less than kin and more than kind. If you get 15 Alcoholics in a room you will get 20 opinions.
